CNN is for libs. Fox is for conservatives. Aljazeera is for Muslims, and their content is much denser and thicker than fox or CNN. Fox and CNN are mostly shallow content and commercials every 30 seconds. Aljazeera is the best I've found for news so far.

Western mediua let us down. I am a white 65 year old midwestern mom. Gazans deserve the support of all of us. NPR, CBS, CNN, all of them got this shockingly wrong. So now I get my news from Al Jazeera.

Because Apple doesn’t want the public to hear the other side of the story.

It’s great for the most part it’s very biased on the Palestinian side going as far as supporting terrorism take all that info with a grain of salt other than that it’s a pretty good news source

New AJ app does not rotate on IPad as a result the viewers head must be turned to read the stories. It new to impossible to view the app since it seems more complicated than the original app. PLEASE FIX THIS.

I’m trying to read the article, the pages jump up and down when I’m trying to scroll up on the page. But like just now when I was looking at these comments that other people had left the page was scrolling smoothly the way it should. But the actual articles that you’ve got for some reason or jumping up and down when I try to scroll up.

Please give us a dark mode. I had the new al jazeera app but I still prefer this for its pottage of stories and videos. Keep up the good work in journal. 👍🏼

Your app won’t let you scroll on iPhone 12.

I can't scroll through stories because it just send me to the top when I touch the screen. Completely broken.

If you are talking about app it’s worse, screen does not scroll up down properly. They have i think the cheapest or worst development team. If we talk about the content they good content.

After choosing an article to look at, the scrolling is very bugging and unresponsive. Scrolling down makes it go up for some reason and the app isn’t exactly fast. Please fix

Good content, but scrolling down to read an article is extremely frustrating. It doesn’t scroll smoothly and jumps all over the place.

First time using the app, and it won’t scroll properly. As in it won’t scroll through an article at all. What’s the point in making a news app if the users aren’t going to be able to scroll through and read your articles?

While I love the content, there seems to be an issue with my ability to scroll up and down as I read through content. I don’t have this issue with other apps, so I have to assume it’s contained to just this app. To scroll up and down, I need to use 2 fingers on the page. One finger is not smooth enough.

Scrolling does not work well, it’s 2022, scrolling should just work.

Al Jazeera is a truly splendid and a wealth of knowledge for those looking for the oft-overlooked news stories from less popular areas around the world. This app however, is bad. I cannot scroll properly on many of the articles, making the app more of an inconvenience than a shortcut. Thanks for reading, John Hill

App struggles to scroll on my phone.

The app does not do your reporting justice. There are major issues with scrolling and navigation. The low quality of your mobile app makes your content inaccessible for those who are not already fans of your journalism.

Glitchy, buggy, laggy, and full of annoying ads. I’d happily pay for an ad-free version

The reporting is world class. Please fix the bugs in the app, specifically the issues with scrolling.

While an excellent source of journalism, this app is horribly glitchy; good luck scrolling as the screen instead bounces around. You have to “flip” the screen and cannot smooth-scroll, which causes parts of articles to dart out of view. It seems to prioritize advertisement-centering instead of readability. Really wish it worked properly as I would love to be able to read the articles in their entirety.

And your documentaries are brilliant, international news coverage is excellent. And there are still many more stories to be told, keep up the good work

Anyone who cares to read the news with both eyes open must read Al Jazeera for complementary coverage not presented by western media.

Love the news feed, but hate the app. Articles are “sticky” and scrolling through an article is no easy task. Videos keep randomly popping up during article reads. When I actually want to watch a video, half the time there is no sound, and the other half the video doesn’t look. Love the news feed, absolutely hate the UI. Please fix.

I appreciate the more unbiased perspective of the content, but please fix scrolling in the articles. It’s so broken, and it makes attempting to read a maddening process, as the screen continually jumps back up. Otherwise, I’d have given the app a 5.

Once I select an article to read, it is not possible to scroll down to read the entire article

Articles do not scroll in the correct direction. Issue needs to be addressed as app isn’t useable in its current state.

Scrolling both in the app and in the widgets is broken, it only responds to two finger scrolling. Why hasn’t this been fixed? Why hasn’t there been a setting added to change this functionality? If that’s what it even is… 5 star for great content, minus 4 stars for broken experience.

It hasn’t worked properly for a while now. It’s really annoying to try and scroll through an article.

Title says it all. Use two fingers to scroll. Absolutely bonkers this made it into production.

App looks good but there’s a scrolling issue. Whenever you scroll, it’s unresponsive, scrolls the other way, or acts unnaturally and glitchy. This needs to be fixed in order to make the app usable.

Been there with you since Al Gore days, sad when US tv ended. The Keyboard Warriors piece was well put, reminded me of further back with all the fascists and colonizers urging the need for persecution of the Vietnamese for desiring self-determination. Keep up the fair work, everything has an agenda but yours at least doesn’t try to jump us in a back alley like our home-grown products!

There is a problem when you scroll up and down on the phone app. I love Al Jazeera and trust its content 100% but they need to work to solve this problem. It happens on iPhones and Android

iPhone 12. Articles will not scroll. This renders app useless. I raced out to support 2 months ago and never received any response. Keep your app viable or lose users!
